We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Talent Acquisitions Manager to lead our corporate TA team! You will be a key partner collaborating senior and hiring leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and expertise to implement effective sourcing strategies allowing us to attract high-quality candidates for our practices. This individual will also be a thought leader to develop and explore hiring protocols that meet workforce needs in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to ensure job descriptions align with the requirements and opportunities in each role.
- Recruit for corporate and senior level roles including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the Pinnacle Fertility employer brand to attract top talent
- Coach and counsel hiring leaders to implement recruiting best practices, including interviewing techniques to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage and oversee the organization’s interview process to ensure effective and timely decisions are made and the candidate experience is maximized.
- Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to find and implement the best sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, building strong pipelines, and attracting a talented and diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Access and implement hiring strategies that meet the demands of a growing fertility company.
- Lead and manage the corporate talent acquisition team by providing support, guidance, and direction for all Pinnacle Fertility talent strategies. Develop and align metrics to ensure recruitment goals are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
