The client:
JBAndrews is currently working with a leading Behavioral Health organization committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to adults seeking Rehabilitation nation-wide. They seek a Director of Talent Acquisition to play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain a robust and diverse workforce that supports the organization's mission of providing exceptional care.
The role:
- Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within the organization's talent acquisition practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify current and future talent needs and create proactive recruitment plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring diverse candidates in the behavioral health field.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology platforms.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the behavioral health industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions.
- Experience leading talent acquisition strategies for executive-level positions is highly desirable.
