Client Overview:

Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company operating in the FinTech space. Our headquarters is located in Austin, Texas, and has raised $10 million in funding to support expansion plans. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our leadership team and drive the acquisition of top talent to support the company's growth trajectory.



Position Summary:

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic talent acquisition roadmap to attract, hire, and retain high-quality professionals across various departments and levels within our organization.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and build a team of high-performing professionals, and set a high standard for onboarding and continuous learning. To ensure, the team is always operating at its highest potential and meeting the company's goals.
  2. Develop and deploy efficient and reliable processes and systems to streamline talent acquisition operations - from sourcing to joining.
  3. Identify the skills and technologies required for the future and develop plans to enhance these competencies.
  4. Enhance the performance of the team members through active coaching and mentoring.
  5. Build awesome candidate engagement and referrals for People Development.
  6. Participate in Projects & Strategic initiatives at a team/ organizational level - Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
  7. Act as the go-to contact for all the hiring managers and ensure proper stakeholder engagement.
  8. Exhibits strong relationships & equity skills.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience (4+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably within the SaaS or FinTech industry.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and meet hiring targets.
  4. Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels, including social media platforms, job boards, universities, and professional networks.
  5. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  6. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and measure success.
  9. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
  10. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
