• Experience Troubleshooting/Resolution Peripheral equipment
• Experience managing printing Jobs
• Software Knowledge - FreeFlow, LEAF Requests, Snow Tickets, Microsoft Products (Excel, outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Powerpoint, Access
• Job Scheduling/Monitoring and accuracy
• Monitor print and mail accounts; coordinate activities with presort vendors
• Adept Knowledge can run/maintain/operate with little to no supervision
• Operate current and future high technology peripheral devices such as self-loading tape drives, automated cartridge systems, high-speed impact and laser printers, industrial folder/sorters and video display terminals (Controllers) associated with keyboards
• Experience operating high technology peripheral devices
• Maintain print logs and statistics using designated software
• Experience managing outbound mail preparation
• Monitor the tape system for outstanding requests, execute appropriate system commands (e.g., job entry system [JES], and multiple virtual storage [MVS] command), and respond to system messages
• Experience working Postage Meter Equipment and Software
• Maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and operational handbooks
• Experience handling bulk mail
• Manage Incoming & Outgoing Mail Room Process & Upkeep
• Monitor production workloads and prioritize tasks to ensure processing schedules are met
• Experience working with presort software and equipment

Education

• AA or two year technical school in Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline and 3 years’ work experience
• Four (4) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (7 years total)

Clearance

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation
