Maintenance Technician Jobs

Our Maintenance Technicians earn a competitive hourly wage of $20-$25/hour plus a weekly gas stipend. Qualifications

• Ability to work minimal on-call emergency hours
• Valid Illinois driver's license and a reliable vehicle

• Proven experience in overall maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, etc.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a part of our property maintenance team, you save the day by ensuring that our properties are safe, comfortable, and in good repair. Each day, you inspect buildings and equipment to identify issues with plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, drywall, appliance, HVAC, and alarm systems. You promptly address any concerns that arise and make the appropriate handyman repairs. In emergency situations, you quickly respond and are sure to notify the appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol. No matter the situation, you are sure to provide excellent customer service. Each shift brings a combination of daily checklists and unexpected surprises. You love that you are never bored!
