Bear Flag Fish Co is a seafood market and fast casual restaurant committed to providing fresh, local and sustainable seafood. We have multiple locations and are hiring for our Lido and Huntington Beach location.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting and packaging for take-out and dine-in plate preparation. You are responsible for making sushi exactly the way the guests want it - including specialty hand rolls and custom rolls. You need to be able to answer questions about the different types of fish we serve clearly to the guests.
Requirements:
Standing or at least 6 hours shifts
Memorize sushi menu and knowledge of custom sushi rolls
Comprehensive fish knowledge
Speak enough English to communicate with guests
