Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with various local, state, and federal regulatory entities as required to support project requirements
  • Manage complaints, and resolve grievances that may arise during surface related business activities
  • Secure water resources as needed
  • Apply Endeavor Energy Resources’ environmental, health and safety policies and principles when performing job duties
  • Collaborate with multiple internal work groups to support company drill plans
  • Acquire and dispose of surface tracts as needed
  • Manage title and tax record research and curative
  • Develop and maintain excellent landowner relationships
  • Appraise and negotiate monetary settlements regarding surface damage
  • Negotiate and secure Surface Use Agreements, Easements, Surface Leases, and other surface related agreements


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to anticipate project needs and proactively meet them
  • Ability to work well with peers, surface owners, governmental entities, and other inside and outside stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Surface Use, Water Use, and Easement agreements
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organization, task prioritizing, and record keeping skills/habits
  • Ability to understand and analyze contract provisions
