The Supply team at Square Hardware is responsible for the MPS (Master Production Schedule) and the allocation of Square’s hardware products. As a Supply Planner on the team, you will manage the supply availability and sales plan attainment for one of Square's product lines. You will be the focal point in development, communication, and execution of product demand and supply plans.
This role could be a great fit if you possess a passion for innovative analysis, building processes that scale, and the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers. Ideally, you have an inventory planning background in consumer electronics or retail.
You will:

• Coordinate closely with the retail, e-commerce and sales teams to synthesize and interpret various demand plans to drive the production schedule
• Review historical trends, evaluate forecast results and provide feedback to business teams when appropriate
• Design and implement inventory strategies from pre-order through launch to end of life for all sales channels
• Highlight supply risks and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities
• Partner and work closely with business systems team to help develop internal tools to make the supply and demand planning function sustainable and scalable
• Work cross-functionally with the factory, logistics and packaging teams to ensure that supply plans meet the needs of the business

Qualifications
You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or other relevant field
• A persistent attention to detail
• Experience translating data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in retail math
• Experience translating consumer demand into supply plans
• 5+ years experience in supply or inventory planning
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel

Additional Information
Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $138,200 - USD $153,600
Zone B: USD $128,500 - USD $142,800
Zone C: USD $121,700 - USD $135,200
Zone D: USD $110,600 - USD $122,900

This role is also eligible to participate in Block's equity plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies, and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
