Supply Chain Manager Jobs

We are continuing to support a market leader in the Industrial Engineering space. The organisation is a family owned group that has developed into a global matrix through various acqusitions and branding strategies. They continue to strive in their success with safety, delivery, quality and cost, aligning to deliver a, 'one best way' tactical approach across their 90+ global plants.

With that, they are seeking a Supply Chain Manager for their site in Colorado. Working closely with R&D, Operations, Tactical Purchasing and Finance, the ideal candidate will develop and deliver the supply chain strategy, promoting excellence and ambitious delivery.

Job Responsibilities.

• Demand management roles such as participate in Sales and Operations Planning sessions, work with order management to fulfil model strategies and operations capacity.
• Implement safety guidelines.
• Engineering change management resposibilities such as manage implementation dates of required engineering design changes.
• Create the Supply Chain Strategy.
• Locate bottle necks through data analysis.
• Report and assess KPIs.
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
• Assess and monitor logistics.
• Inventory management.

Background and skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
• Supply chain experience- minimum of 5 years & 4 within management specifically.
• Strong Management and Leadership skills.
• 5+ years experience with SAP
