Job Description

Description - External

  • Influences others and is viewed as a credible and respected role model and teammate
  • Creates impact with ideas for the larger organization and anticipates and responds to changes
  • Ensure SAP and JDA are kept up to date with the latest information and parameters
  • Participate in plant meetings, to review and improve performance
  • Act as project lead and/or represents GSP in projects as required
  • Offering innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges in the supply chain specialist function
  • Manages stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Drive continuous improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives led by colleagues
  • Resource among peers for onboarding/training new employees
  • Support team by performing ad hoc analysis by request
  • Coordinate and process in and outbound shipments
  • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics for Allergan Aesthetics planning team

Qualifications - External

  • Proven strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Must possess good analytical skills
  • Be a team player with focus on improvement and strong drive for results
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is a plus
  • Persistent and resilient when confronted with obstacles, and resolves issues in a timely manner
  • Bachelor or Master level, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management
  • Ability to step up and takes leadership to own challenges
  • Excellent organizational skills are required
  • 3 years’ work experience in a similar environment, is preferred
