Supply Chain Analyst - Chicago, Il (Us) Or Bolton, Canada - Hybrid

As Supply Chain Analyst you will support the development of the Mars Food & Nutrition inventory strategy, implement the strategy into the North America region, and drive continuous improvement. Additionally you will report on the Supply Chain KPIs of the region into S&OP creating visibility of the actual and forecasted Supply Chain performance in the region. You will use your understanding of the strategy and the performance to drive insights and continuously improve performance.

What are we looking for?

Minimum:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Strong communication skills with excellent knowledge of English (fluent written and oral)
• High level of numeracy and analytical capability.
• Proven digital capabilities (Power BI, Tableau etc)

Preferred:

• Experience within Supply Chain
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Managerment or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in SAP

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support the development of and execute the inventory management standards, guidelines, and procedures for the North America Region.
• Report on Supply Chain KPIs. Create transparency and visualize the actual and forecasted Supply Chain performance towards stakeholders with a focus on inventory of Finished Goods, Raws and Packs.
• Trigger deep dives, action plans and next steps to get back to target, when off-track.
• Continuously improve on efficiency and insightfulness of the reports used.
