Responsible for directing and supervision of food service employees to ensure all duties, including food production and sanitation requirements are completed in a timely manner, according to all local, state, and federal regulations.

Shift: FULL TIME VARIED

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree preferred.

Experience:

One (1) to three (3) years experience as a supervisor or manager in a food service facility. Experience in acute care hospital or institutional food service preferred.

Technical Skills:

Computer proficient.

License/Certification:

As required by Nevada State Law.
