About Our Client
This construction company does close to $150M in revenue annually throughout the Midwest. Our client has a very diverse project portfolio. They are looking for a hardworking, self sufficient, superintendent who will work day to day on site, schedule inspections, and be client facing. In return, they offer a salary that matches one's experience with exceptional benefits, including annual salary review and performance based bonus.

  • Schedule and coordinate all subcontractors and craft trades
  • Provide daily on-site management for all field personnel
  • Prepare punch list for project closeout
  • Prepare and implement 3 week look ahead schedules as well as master schedule
  • Uphold safety standards and create a strong safety culture within the field
  • Communicate with project manager and other office team members to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Develop site utilization plan
  • Weekly tool box safety talks
  • Coordinate all required inspections

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, FastTrack, as well as other software platforms
  • Majority TI project experience
  • OSHA certified required
  • Labor background preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
