This leading commercial construction business are looking for a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, working with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Please note, this role will require state-wide travel.

The Superintendent responsibilities will be:

• Manage safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues that arise in a timely manner
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plan
• Manage the hiring and training of construction personnel as needed

The Superintendent will need:

• Experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools
• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up construction
