We are a thoughtful jewelry company specializing in empowering the women around us. SwinCo was founded in 2017 and focuses on gold necklaces, rings, and earrings. We are currently seeking a Social Media Intern to help us expand our online presence and reach out to our target audience.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Social Media Intern who is passionate about social media and has a creative mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase our brand awareness and engagement with our customers. The position will involve managing our social media accounts, creating content, and analyzing social media metrics to determine the success of our campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our brand and increase engagement with our target audience

- Create compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter

- Manage and monitor our social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the founder to create campaigns and promotions that align with brand messaging

- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and reach

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvements to our social media presence

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled as a freshman or sophomore in college

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok

- Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently with direction

- Passion for jewelry and fashion is a plus
