Job Summary:

Intern for VP Growth & Strategy assisting with events management, stocking office supplies, online customer service, and marketing opportunities for the growth of the company

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• N/A

Duties/Responsibilities

• Stocking office supplies and staff supplies for the Pie Palace.
• Putting confirmed events into Notion (project management tool).
• Answering door, delivering packages to appropriate people/departments.
• Checking the mail for Pie Palace.
• Communicating to VP Growth & Strategy and Fulfillment team when a new booked event comes in prepping them for the details.
• Working on marketing for events including social media posts & lead generation
• Event management including creating day-of event flows & prepping for events
• All other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Managing the pop-up shops, festival events, and concert events for the summer.

This position is non-paid internship for those seeking to learn & grow in marketing & events for a growing brand in Dallas TX.
