Software Technology Group is looking for Success Managers to join our team! This position requires someone who is passionate about building relationships, effectively resolving conflict, conducting meaningful reviews, providing coaching and accountability, networking, and driving customer service solutions. This is a full-time position with full benefits. This position is located in the state of Utah, applicants must be living in the state or willing to relocate.

• Ability to take ownership, organize, prioritize, proactively drive, and execute
• Experience in coaching, accountability, motivating, and problem solving
• Ability to be flexible and adapt
• Knowledge of employee onboarding, training, recognition, and culture
• Strong ability and experience with negotiation, employee development, and employee retention
• Experience working with office software systems
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in networking and building relationships

Desired Skills & Experience

• Employee relations experience and basic HR understanding
• Previous experience in training and development
• Experience managing and leading a team and individuals
