Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead the charge in the conceptual, preliminary, and final detailed design of new, upgraded, and expanded substations. Your expertise will guide our teams through material procurement, construction, and commissioning, ensuring a smooth and successful energization. Additionally, you'll play a key role in scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and executing substation projects and proposals. Your communication skills will shine as you interact with clients and coordinate with our esteemed subject matter expert discipline groups to deliver exceptional results.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of project engineering experience or a combination of education and experience.
2+ years of demonstrated project management and leadership experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and planning abilities.
Commitment to quality and accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of power engineering principles, applicable codes, standards, and design tools.
Ability to oversee multiple technical disciplines in completing substation projects.
Preferred: PE license and PMP certification.
