What You'll Do
Review and process submitted claims and orders with precision.
Cross-check claims and orders with existing cases using our advanced systems.
Obtain and verify information from available systems to ensure smooth processing.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Meet and exceed Conduent and client's procedures, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Strong command of English (C1 level) - we assess language proficiency through an external vendor.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a basic understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Ability to interpret invoices and navigate MS Office (Excel) effectively; SAP and CRM experience is a plus.
A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
