What you’ll do:

Strategy and planning performs a crucial function within the business, igniting the possibilities for clients with our global platform called ‘Strategic Fusion’. We combine an understanding of the brand challenges with sector expertise and consumer insights and fuse them to Indicia Worldwide’s suite of capabilities. This fusion ignites the possibility that our proposition can bring with a bespoke strategy to improve client’s marketing performance and production efficiencies.

• Work closely with the senior team to continually refine and optimise the Strategy and Planning platform (Stratgic Fusion) whilst creating the structure and environment for the team to deliver to its full potential.
• Be the lead strategist on some of our key accounts in NAM, defining and implementing the overall strategic direction. You will immerse yourself in their challenges and their industry and, in conjunction with the Strategy and Planning team and client partners, deliver a strategic direction which addresses those challenges and which results in tangible improvements for our clients and real commercial value for the agency.
• Seek ways to drive growth in NAM by activating the proposition – you will work with the Strategy Directors to productise the Strategy and Planning offering (especially around data strategy) so that we can efficiently go to market with products and services that drive growth.
• Work comfortably as part of a global team, being able to easily manage the practical challenges that this presents
• Support the Global Head of Planning and Strategy, in building and retaining an industry leading team of global strategists and planners that support the core business objectives of building excellent and profitable client relationships across the entire global business.
• Work with the Strategy Directors and Global Head of Strategy to raise the awareness and understanding of Indicia Worldwide Strategy and Planning across the NAM business and the wider industry. Your own voice and visibility is key within this role.

What you'll bring:

• Broad knowledge and experience of the full marketing and comms mix
• A proven history of leading pitches and RFIs
• Vast experience in directing the activation of data and insight to deliver effective strategy, campaigns and communications through the marketing funnel
• Ability to identify, build and harness internal and external relationships for the benefit of the agency
• Extensive experience as a Strategy Director
• Proven ability to build and nurture senior client relationships
• Comfortable developing strategies and frameworks for growth and progress
