Position Summary

The Strategic Analyst at Onsite Women's Health (OWH) is responsible for helping design, implement, and maintain processes, projects, and data within the organization, in addition to owning certain aspects of operational analytics support and reporting in order to execute strategic goals. The Business Analyst will assist in the management of strategic activities within the organization, ensuring development / enactment of efficient operations and systems to meet current and future goals.

The Strategic Analyst will report directly to the Senior Director, Strategic Operations role, operating in the following job functions:

• Corporate Operations - Design and application of strategic/operational processes, centralized support services, and standardized best practices.
• Project Management Office - Development and management of strategic/operational projects, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and resources.
• Analytics & Data Management - Maintenance / auditing of data sets, and report creation for driving insights.

The above job functions at OWH are highly integrated with Smartsheet, a tool used at OWH for process and data management. Experience with the program is a necessity.

The ideal candidate will be highly driven and have excellent organizational / project management skills, a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, the skillset to develop and track tasks in a project management system, the capability to use technical tools to enhance and develop reports, and strong communication skills.
