Strategic Sourcing Manager Jobs

One of the leading Life Science products manufacturers is looking to hire a Strategic Sourcing Manager for their fast-growing team, You will be responsible for managing sourcing strategies, covering both direct and indirect spend, while managing a team of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure continuity of supply and quality
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO, and GMP standards
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of sourcing principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within the life sciences industry
• Six Sigma or CPM certification preferred
