- Assist with ad hoc requests and news alerts
- Plan, develop and execute ongoing projects that impact the pipeline and portfolios of Development
- Collaborate routinely with clients to monitor pipeline and ensure prospects move through stages of identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Other duties as assigned
- Periodically review reports and maintain data integrity for prospect data
- Prepare meeting materials for portfolio reviews
- Maintain data entry for prospect coding, complete portfolio requests, and tracking
- Assist with relationship mapping for prospects (corporate prospect and principal prospect planning)
- Oversee the creation, coordination and execution of special projects
- Provide assistance with procurement requests and renewals for research resources
- Analyze and monitor prospect pools for fundraising activity
- Knowledge of Advance or any type of fundraising database
- Ability to design and implement data visualization summaries of donor portfolios
- Discretion and maintaining confidentiality is a must
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and staff, particularly in support of medical center goals and initiatives
- Knowledge of software programs applicable to development is also desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent judgment and sensitivity to interpersonal and organizational dynamics
- High level of proficiency in key components of Microsoft Office suite of products, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet multiple deadlines
