Location: Conifer, Colorado

Job Details:

Full-time or part-time

Monday - Friday

Compensation: $17-$21/ hr (depending on experience) + bonuses

Requirements:

• High level of initiative and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle many different tasks and meet deadlines
• Assist with management of inventory of herbs, base oils, essential oils, container parts, equipment and tools, and other needed items for assigned products.
• Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures and Master Manufactuing Records.
• Safe use of all ingredients, hot appliances, hot liquids, machinery, tools, containers etc.
• Self motivator and excellent with time management
• Accurately follow recipes and procedures that involve precise measuring and instructions.
• Problem-solving to maintain manufacturing process consistency, efficiency, and operational standards
• Making natural skincare, body care, aromatherapy and hemp products in a fast pace environment that produces all of the products for Taspen’s Organics and Dragonfly Botanicals which includes online sales, 4 retail stores and events and farmer’s markets nationwide.
• Team player with a poistiive attitude and willing to help wherever needed such as labeling, packaging and shipping.
• Cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of machinery, tools, workspace, storage areas, etc. involved in daily use.

Desiered, but not required:

• Experience with following master manufacturing records (MMR)
• Experience in food, skincare or dietary supplement manufacturing
• Herbalist certification or herbal background
• Knowledge of FDA requirements pertaining to production procedures.
• SOP and GMP experience
• Experience with reviewing and responding to batch records

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• High School degree or equivalent

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
