Store Designer, Global Concepts

We’d love to hear from people with:

Experience

• Design project management (1-2 yrs)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or related field
• Management of external architectural and/or design consultants (4-7 yrs)
• Retail, hospitality, or restaurant design or development including management of design documentation (4-7 yrs)
• Design documentation in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Rhino (4-7 yrs)

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Ability to communicate design with hand sketches and 3D visualizations.
• Expert level competency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Strong conceptual designer, must be interested in iterative design experimentation.
• Ability to apply multidisciplinary business principles to design.
• Ability to execute multiple designs under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker comfortable in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Graphic storytelling, excellent at distilling complex ideas visually and verbally.
• Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing, specification, color, materiality and finishes.
