A DISORDER NAMED DESIRE.

This role will be for our Cabazon location.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the sales floor is stocked and replenished with the appropriate merchandise to meet visual standards
• Always arrange and maintain the stock room as per Isabel Marant’s guidelines.
• Upholds Company’s policies and procedures
• Assist Sales Associates to service the clients
• Ensure markdowns, price changes, and damages are accurate and completed within the time frames given
• Assist store manager with merchandising deliveries, censoring and steaming.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock room that meets both visual and operational standards.
• Assists the management team with general housekeeping tasks.
• Adheres to all Loss Prevention guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook
• Greet and acknowledges clients with a friendly and engaging attitude. Provides strong customer service to all clients by delivering the Company’s selling experience
• Key holder
• Perform daily store maintenance tasks including stock work, merchandising, pricing mark downs, and merchandise transfers
• Assist management as needed

Skills/Abilities:

• Be a team player
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Be detailed orientated and enthusiastic
• Have experience in Luxury retail, minimum 1 year
• Be sales and customer service orientated, highly motivated
• Be fashion savvy with impeccable presentation
• Have extensive customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Prolonged periods of standing
