Job Description

Tammarak is exclusively representing a construction consultancy who have developed a reputation internationally for their unique delivery model and expertise in aviation, luxury retail, & commercial real estate projects.


With offices in the US, Asia, and Australia, they're developing their global presence and are seeking a Director to manage their US operation.


Select duties include:


  • Execute marketing strategies to grow repeat business
  • Oversee the management team and business performance
  • Set strategic objectives for achieving financial goals
  • Develop current and new sector growth
  • Set direction and influence all key facets of the business: office operations, project site execution, marketing, talent, financials, service standards, quality control & promotions
  • Oversee execution of projects across North America & regional expansion


Minimum requirements:


  • 20-25 years' construction industry experience
  • Technical background in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture
  • Familiarity with the SoCal market preferable
