Job Description
  • Hiring Immediately
Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
General Purpose:
To work independently to staff multiple facilities with health care staffing personnel. To support the common goals of the office as it relates to the management of the day-to-day office operations and assisting with the scheduling of qualified staff for facilities and assisting with employee recruitment strategies.
Essential Functions:
  • Communicates appropriately among the Interim customers, other Interim employees, affiliated vendors and corporate departments.
  • Primarily responsible for all scheduling tasks between client and caregivers
  • Will be expected to be available on an on-call rotation after hours
  • Responsible for answering phone calls and sending emails for scheduling needs
  • Ability to multi task in other office areas
  • Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
  • Works with supervisor and other team members towards office and business goals.
  • Communicates with multiple customers to determine staffing needs and arranges/coordinates the requests.
  • Actively manages available field staff to maximize hours worked per FTE.
  • Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the customer and employees.
  • Promotes an environment of high morale and teamwork.
  • Maintains mature problem solving approach under stressful circumstances.
  • Performs all office functions in compliance with federal, state, local laws and all policies, procedures, and standards of Interim Healthcare Staffing Office.
  • Follows policy and procedures as directed.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Medical terminology not required, but is a plus
  • One (1) Year of staffing/scheduling experience.
  • Two-year Degree or equivalent years in training or work experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows, Word and Excel.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
Working Conditions & Physical Effort:
  • This is not a remote position
  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
  • Physical activity is sedentary and may occasionally require lifting or carrying up to 10 lbs.
