The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR People Data Analyst to join our HR team. This role will work closely with Data, HRIS and People Team functions to provide expertise in people data analytics that generate data-driven insights across multiple departments of the organization spanning the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will…
  • Build credible relationships with the curators and users of our data
  • Lead the People Analytics efforts focused on data curation, automated intelligence, and knowledge generation
  • Specify, design, build, and quality check data visualizations, dashboards, presentations and reporting products
  • Employ research techniques and tools to take full advantage of data-sets
  • Build predictive human capital insights for the organization
  • Analyze people data through the employee journey to identify trends and create predictive insights for the organization and inform people programs and processes
Professional Profile
  • Strong analytical competence and experience with statistical methods
  • 3+ years working with HR or People data-sets preferred
  • 3+ years delivering insights in executive presentations, dashboards, and reports
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in an analytical role
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer or similar technology including the ability to merge data from disparate sources to create holistic data charts, graphs, dashboards, etc.
  • Passion for data-based decision making and an ability to see the ‘bigger-picture’
  • High level of knowledge and experience with data quality measures and approaches used to ensure high-quality output and assurance
