Job Responsibilities

• Effective, concise and meaningful reports/presentations to leadership on a regular basis
• Lead the project management activities end-to-end in very close collaboration with the product and tech leads
• Assess existing PMO processes, structures and provide feedback on improvements and best practices
• Review and assess incoming support requests, provide support and guidance to product teams, remove obstacles, escalate requests to leadership

Job Requirements

• Effective Product Backlog management - Work with product owners and other partners to handle backlogs, create native feature Epics with existing templates
• Proficient in Jira, Scrum, Powerpoint: Excellent professional communication and facilitation skills
• Results-driven and motivated to find innovative solutions to complex problems
• Driven, intellectually curious, quick study who will learn the business quickly, proactive problem solver who will actively engage in thoughtful debate.
• Passion for products and customer experience; Experience successfully working with diverse stakeholders and driving project successes
• Coordinate UI design review, design feedback, facilitate backlog grooming, retrospectives, sprint planning etc; Review quarterly QRP asks for native, ensure tickets are rightly tagged, enables teams to finalize cutline
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with 8 years of related work experience

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range below.

$126,800 - $187,550

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
