SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...


The Digital Experience team is looking to bring on a Technical Program Manager focused on


software release management for our Pure1 cloud programs. In this role, you will be responsible


for establishing best practices, collaborating across multiple business units and managing


dependencies/deliverables for the programs. You will be working with large teams (100+) of


software engineers who develop new features and capabilities with a rapid rate of change. Our


software runs on public cloud infrastructure, as well as our shipped products, and powers our


Pure1 cloud and Pure as-a-Service platform. You will be responsible for changing our


development process to increase quality.


What You’ll Need To Bring To This Role...


  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager; MS in computer science,


MBA or engineering management equivalent preferred.


  • Big picture thinker providing clarity on what we are trying to accomplish, understanding
  • Experience in SaaS development environments is preferred.

  • Experience in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, including investigation,


design, execution and delivering products to market on schedule, and addressing

the field/customer base


  • Make trade-offs and timely decision, drive accountability for delivery and ensure that the


objectives of the program are met


  • Solid project and technical judgment; ability to influence multiple business units.
  • Take ownership of the product experience, quality, and metrics
  • Strong team and customer focus.
  • Set goals for the program, track and periodically communicate to stakeholders as well as


ensure corrective actions/mitigations as needed


  • Be the single point person for delivery decisions, exec and cross team communication

The annual base salary range is: $185,000.00 - $277,000.00. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.


This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
