Zynga is looking for a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Zynga Blockchain Gaming team with proven QA abilities, excellent organization, and a command of the skills needed to deliver QA efforts for games in the Blockchain Gaming space.

Sr. QA Analysts are individual contributors who specialize in important domains of the QA process. To do this successfully, they must clearly communicate risk and opportunity up to the Lead Producer and other studio leaders. We are looking for a passionate gamer and web3 enthusiast who is able to work in a creative, dynamic, established game development environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with our Development, Production, Art, and Design teams through consistent collaboration and problem-solving.
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with the development team, and help implement important quality-related steps to our overall development process.
- Build dashboards that reflect real time status of testing efforts and test coverage for our products.
- Create test suites and test cases for key features within our product. Be willing to provide hands-on testing for features.
- Lead, mentor, and guide our remote Quality Assurance test team.
- Represent QA in team meetings, providing information, ideas, feedback and risks to your areas.
- Ensure project test plans are being followed and implemented effectively.
- Provide qualitative feedback on the title and recommend improvements from a player perspective.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile environment is a plus
- Experience working with offshore testing teams.
- Understand the software development process and how it applies to QA
- 4+years in software development, quality assurance, gaming, or related Web3 products
- Understand software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with modern testing techniques and processes
- Familiarity with tools used for test case management, debugging, and defect reporting.

This is a fully remote role that may be based anywhere in the United States. The pay range for this position for applicants based in Colorado at the start of employment is expected to be between $58,000 and $86,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
