What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will collaborate with leadership, senior level Human Resources Business Partners and the broader HR team to establish HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business results. Consult, coach and partner with frontline managers on people and organizational needs (including employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, and talent management).

Supports or leads projects to attract, engage, develop and retain talent. Analyzes trends and metrics and uses data to develop solutions and programs. Participates in cross-team initiatives across the segment and Human Resources as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices
  • Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills as well as excellent coaching skills.
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills; experience with Workday a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities.
  • You have proven an ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrable ability to diagnose problems using critical thinking skills and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 - 10 years of HR-related experience; experience as an HR Manager / HRBP highly desired
  • Experience in developing, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs.
