Netflix is recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner who will partner closely with several leaders within our Finance & Strategy Team, specifically those leading our F&S team working across the Studio and our FP&A team working across Commerce, Studio, Product & Games. The focus of this role is to assess, coach and influence the business as we evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things. At Netflix, our culture shapes who we are and how we operate. What You Will Do
This team requires an HR partner that thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for scaling leaders. You will contribute to and support the delivery of a cohesive talent strategy and vision for this team, continuing to iterate and evolve our talent practices over time. The Netflix Senior HRBP role is unique in the sense that you’ll be responsible for driving decisions on organization design, compensation, employee development, talent density, and much more.
In this role, leading, demonstrating, redefining and modeling the Netflix culture is top priority. They will be stewards of our culture, valuing diversity of opinions and people, and will coach leaders to become more competent, compassionate, conscious and courageous in these efforts. In addition to coaching and development of leaders and their incoming teams, this individual will need to have the ability to influence across the business as well as with cross-functional talent partners.
