Job Description

Title: Sr. Manager, Customer Analytics

Salary: Up to $150,000 + 20% Bonus

Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois


We are currently working with an ecommerce organization who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Customer Analytics to generate valuable insights, dashboards, and reports across various functional areas. You will lead a team of analysts, project manage cross-functional analysis requests, and drive profitability through efficiency and optimization initiatives. Collaboration, stakeholder management, and operationalizing insights are key to this role.


Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of analysts, generating insights and reports across the business as a center of excellence, primarily working across marketing, sales, business development

Deep dive into demand, conversion, and margin performance

Drive insights that have large financial impacts

Tech Stack: SQL, Excel, Python, Snowflake, Powerbi


Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer analytics, strategy, and analysis roles (ecommerce, marketplace, banking, or consulting environment)

Expertise in marketing campaign data analysis (CAC, LTV, funnel analytics), Familiarity with PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools

Advanced SQL skills, including complex querying and data transformation
