Job Duties and Responsibilities

What will you do?
This position will be part of the Global People Analytics team driving key strategic analysis for the Global DISH HR team.
As we scale and optimize our People Analytics team, we need a Senior People Analytics Lead who can work with the Data Scientist, Data Engineers and also Reporting Specialist that can help build insights and recommendation reports on the problems we are trying to solve.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead innovative analyses to drive business decisions and measure success of firm programs and initiatives
  • Develop solutions to ensure information quality and analyze business trends
  • Apply predictive analysis tools to forecast and employ business analytics
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and cross functional teams to understand the business insights leaders need to make evidenced based decisions
  • Develop analytics to identify trend lines and work on workforce planning creation
  • Consult and advise HR business partners to create impactful analytical solutions
  • Undertake research to identify and recommend solutions to complex challenges
  • Partner with People Functions to support ongoing operational analytics efforts
  • Analyze firm operations for trends and provide insights reports

Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • Experience and confidence of meeting with and presenting to all levels in an organization including C-Level Executives
  • Team-oriented, professional, and demonstrates integrity at all times
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong HR domain knowledge and at least 5 years of HR and analytical experience; plus 2 years of presenting to senior management
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and MBA in Analytics or HR preferred
  • Expert analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Tableau
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx and programming tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python, etc.) is a plus; willingness to learn Tableau and Alteryx is a must
  • HR or Data Science related certifications and experience in management consulting or high growth tech companies preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strategic recommendations
  • This is an onsite position located at 5701 South Santa Fe Drive, Littleton, Colorado

Salary Range
Compensation: $75,600.00/Year - $108,000.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
