Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Finance Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities
  • Special projects as needed
  • Develop and maintain accurate costing methodology to enhance decision-making
  • Manage and distribute regular KPI reporting across the online business to marketing and brand partners
  • Build financial plans such as monthly/quarterly Forecasts, the Annual Operating Plan, and the 5-Year Strategic Plan.
  • Partner with the business to support sound business decisions by providing insightful financial analysis, accurate forecasting/planning, and financial recommendations
  • Drive cross-functional projects designed to solve business problems and improve efficiency
  • Lead weekly/monthly/quarter financial & managerial reporting, highlighting full P&L and working capital performance, key functional metrics. Present and articulate monthly/quarterly financial to BU/division leadership
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve problems with multiple variables
  • At least 5 years of FP&A experience
