NOBULL is seeking a Manager of Demand Planning to support the development of a comprehensive forecasting and inventory planning capability for their quickly growing company.  The Manager of Demand Planning will report to the head of demand planning and work closely with the VP of Finance & Planning to drive improved visibility, decision-making, and cross-functional transparency. This position will play a key role in building a world-class demand planning function.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Planning, Finance, Marketing teams on product roadmap to determine and place monthly buys
• Provide outbound, inbound, and inventory forecasts to 3PLs
• Independently manage projects/analyses and large workstreams to support the day-to-day operational needs of the business as well as support the growth and transformation of the demand planning function
• Review core assortment sales and receipt plan, balancing needs for prescriptive newness with cross-functional inputs
• Work with Development and Production Teams to forecast monthly receipt plan by product family
• Inform and guide NOBULL’s inventory investments to drive profitable revenue growth across regions and channels while managing overall inventory spend and cash flow
• Provide short-term sku level forecasts as well as high-level category, region, and sales channel forecasts as compared to actuals, revenue targets, and open-to-buy plan
• Understand and manage to department & company goals and sales and inventory KPIs

Basic Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills and adaptability to new systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with forecasting, buying, and merchandising KPIs and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years experience in Demand Planning and/or Merchandise Analytics with an omni-channel retailer
• Proven ability to work with attention to detail and accuracy
• A robust analytical foundation and passion for numbers
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement and the ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
