Job Description

The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for the daily organization and management of the guests, schedule, and management software. The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for training the team members on all their job responsibilities and ensuring that the performance of their duties is held to the proper standards as set forth in the operations manual.


Responsibilities

  • Perform a daily review of the Ratings Control Panel within Meevo
  • Organize front desk training upon hiring and ensure they meet expectations and follow all policies
  • Coordinate Hospitality Team schedules and review time punches to minimize discrepancies and overtime
  • Prepare zone charts prior to the start of the day
  • Review daily guest schedule and ensure it is maximized with minimal gaps
  • Create quarterly team meetings and agenda
  • Address guest’s positive and negative feedback immediately with the Spa Manager and Employee.
  • Perform corrective actions when team members do not meet expectations
  • Abide by all protocols set forth by THE WOODHOUSE SPAS CORPORATION
  • Track and monitor monthly sales performance of Hospitality Team and set daily Retail to Service sales goal
  • Perform duties of Spa Coordinator and or Spa Concierge when needed
  • Review Sweeps log to ensure completion
  • Ensure guest experience is met and exceeds satisfaction by addressing any issues immediately
  • Review Ratings results with Spa Manager
  • Review and approve time off requests for Hospitality Team
  • Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy as set forth in the Ambiance Standards
  • Assist in the interviewing process for Hospitality
  • Inform Spa Manager of any closeout discrepancies
