Join our staff and provide the finest cuisine in health care. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for à la carte preparation of high quality foods, according to regular service schedules. You’ll prepare daily production sheets and conduct quality checks, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory requirements.


Required Criteria

  • Qualified candidates will be Culinary Arts Program graduates with supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Three to five years’ experience, with at least two years cooking to order on a line.
  • Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma
