Sourcing and Recruitment Coordinator
EF Go Ahead Tours
Denver, CO | Open to Boston, MA
Start Date: July 10th, 2023

**For consideration, applicants must live/relocate to the state of Colorado prior to their start date.

For over 30 years, EF Go Ahead Tours has guided adult travelers across the globe via carefully crafted group travel itineraries. Our travelers range from young professionals to retirees, solo travelers to entire families, travel enthusiasts to those stepping off their first flight. We believe the best way to learn about the world is to experience it and every day we come to work hoping to help as many people as possible do just that.

The Role

As the Sourcing and Recruitment Coordinator you will take on the day-to-day sourcing and recruitment for EF Go Ahead Tours’ early talent careers, predominantly helping us grow our Sales and Customer Service teams across the Denver and Boston offices. You will work alongside a growing recruitment team that keeps diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at the core of their work through creating, maintaining, and evolving equitable hiring practices (and now sourcing strategy). You will also be working with business stakeholders to assist in sourcing for high priority roles on an as-need basis.

The Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of the EF Go Ahead Tours Denver RED (Recruitment & Development) team and make an impact outside of recruiting by supporting retention and a strong office culture through engaging employee experience initiatives
  • Engage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline through prompt and clear communication within our internal hiring system, Jobvite
  • Articulate sourcing strategy with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
  • Develop, drive and execute an innovative sourcing strategy of active and passive prospects through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, and relationship building
  • Collaborate with our talent acquisition manager on talent needs while ensuring an engaging and beautiful candidate experience
  • Represent EF as the front-line touchpoint for candidates—which includes resume screens, phone screens, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and attending select community and collegiate recruiting events
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting
  • Work with EF Central Recruitment on initiatives that maintain and source partnerships which help expand EF’s brand and network, always with a central focus on diversity and underrepresented groups across EF Go Ahead Tours

The Skills Required

  • 1-3+ years of experience in recruitment and sourcing, with a focus on attracting diverse pipelines of top talent
  • DEI training or previous focus in maintaining equitable interview processes that mitigate unconscious bias
  • Exceptional organizational skills and follow through
  • Ability to change direction on a moment’s notice
  • Experience building a sourcing strategy and tracking, analyzing and reporting out results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and navigating an applicant tracking system
  • Metrics and goal-driven with an aptitude for multitasking
  • A ‘No task too small’ mentality

You…

  • Have stamina and a drive to work with repetitive and administrative tasks
  • Like to be busy and are incredibly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Understand that a company’s best asset is its people and want to be a part of growing that team
  • Can work on immediate tasks while simultaneously planning for the future
  • Have a good antenna and can make quick changes to course-correct without skipping a beat
  • Have a student mentality, always open to receiving and implementing direct feedback
  • Enjoy checking things off your to-do list and are intrinsically motivated
  • Take joy in bringing people to a career they will thrive in and maintain a strong positive presence
