The Sr. Financial Analyst role is a key member of the Finance team (FP&A) supporting the Technology organization. This role will collaborate and partner with Technology leadership to support the budgeting and forecasting process, provide regular financial reporting, and develop complex financial models to analyze investment opportunities. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated strategic thinker who can analyze large data sets to identify insights that inform executive level decision making. This role requires strong financial modeling skills and excellent communications skills.


What You Will Do


  • Prepare long-term financial plans.
  • Perform variance and trend analysis to identify insights into financial results.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Manage all aspects of budgeting and forecasting for technology teams including; headcount, contract labor, software and hardware expense, capital budgets and associated expense treatment, etc.
  • Provide analysis for board reporting and external reporting disclosures.
  • Actively work to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze financial impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations to senior leadership for decision making.
  • Provide leadership with monthly updates on financial and KPI performance.
  • Create and manage dynamic financial models to drive insightful analytics.
  • Manage and improve expense allocation methodologies.
  • Assist with audit requests as needed.
  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams.


What You Will Bring


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in finance, business management, economics, or related discipline required. Advanced education preferred.


What Will Set You Apart


  • Four (4) years of experience in FP&A roles with demonstrated progression in responsibility.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial data and perform scenario analysis.
  • A strong attention to detail, capability to organize and prioritize workload, manage time productively and meet critical deadlines.
  • Normal office working conditions.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, to support the preparation and presentation of analysis and reports.
  • High degree of proficiency in data mining and financial model development.
  • Proficiency with SAP and BPC.

The salary range below shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.


Base Salary Range


$ 78,600.00-111,000.00
