The ICON team builds Internal Tools for Digital Ad Operations, which are Web-based applications for Ad Campaign creation, management, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. These tools are used to maintain thousands of operational advertising efforts, with various teams interacting with the same Ad Campaigns daily across our whole suite of tools.
Our tools affect core operations of our business, so we work in an Agile environment that matches pace with the changing advertising needs of Vericast clients. Some of our tools are designed to handle requests that involve large dataset operations in Vericast's Consumer Graph to be completed in a matter of seconds. Our team collaborates closely with Product and UX teams to anticipate needs as well as various Engineering teams to ensure our features are properly supported by the system. We are involved deeply with Design processes and have a tight feedback loop with Internal Tool users.
We have a UX-supported Design System implemented using React components, and a homegrown Web Application Framework that uses Spring Boot! Our team is extremely cooperative and we put a lot of effort into improving our daily work through continuous experimentation and learning. We're looking for team members that are curious, passionate, and talented!

Additional Information
Salary: $98,000 - $112,000
Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program.
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
