Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources and services.
Coordinate and facilitate support groups and community programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Stay informed about social work best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) from an accredited institution.
State licensure as a Social Worker or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Strong knowledge of social work principles, ethics, and practices.
Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to client care.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
Knowledge of community resources and referral services.
