NEW MARKET RATES

The Social Worker (Addiction Therapist)will work within Suburban Hospital's Addiction Treatment Center (ATC) offers a broad range of addiction (i.e., alcohol and/or substance abuse) services for adolescents and adults.

The LCSW will provide counseling and education service to all patients of the Addiction Treatment Program.

  • Develops aftercare/discharge plans
  • Initiates counseling assessments
  • Provides individual counseling
  • Develops treatment plans
  • Other related duties may be assigned
  • Provides statistical data necessary for measuring program effectiveness
  • Gains pre-authorizations and continued authorizations for services
  • Reviews treatment plans and updates as necessary
  • Conducts educational lectures and small groups

Requirements:

  • LCSW is required
  • Previous experience in addiction field is preferred

Hours:

  • Part time, 32hrs per week
  • Days, 9a - 4:30p (hours are flexible)
  • Mon. - Fri.

OR

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Days, 9a - 4:30p (hours are flexible)
