Social Worker Jobs

The social worker will work with individuals, families, community members and service providers for the creation, coordination, and delivery of outreach efforts to increase awareness and provide person-centered resources. The social worker is expected maintains an awareness of state and national health care trends and proactively responds with initiatives to enhance provision of care and ensure efficient resource utilization; supervises assigned staff and students. Additional duties and responsibilities include collaborating with community organizations of diverse groups, providing outreach to brain injury and community outreach events across the state, assist with education and training, maintain organized program records, continued support and innovation for community development, flexibility in scheduling to meet demands, assist with program development and support including identifying regional resources and gaps and/or barriers in service.
