About Lemon8
Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore,Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media metrics, engagement rates, and user feedback. Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization. Present findings and recommendations to the team for continuous improvement.
• Assist with additional tasks and requests as needed to support the overall social media and user growth initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of viral content on social media, especially within the fashion and beauty industry, including mainstream trends, key influencers, and consumer preferences. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team to optimize our social media presence and effectively engage and grow our user base.
• Take ownership of our Lemon8 social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), managing all aspects of the accounts, including brainstorming content ideas, designing visuals, and daily posting. Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and engagement across platforms.
• Collaborate with the Creator Partnerships team to support the operation and execution of social media campaigns. Assist in creating compelling content and content captions, managing campaign timelines, and monitoring campaign performance.

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, preferably in a start-up environment or tech company. Successful social media account operation experience is a plus.
2. Strong understanding of the fashion and beauty industry, with the ability to create content that aligns with current trends and consumer preferences.
3. Proficiency in social media design tools such as Photoshop and Canva, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing content.
4. Self-starter mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.
5. Passion for social media and growth-hacking techniques, with a strong curiosity for exploring new strategies and platforms.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate and convey ideas within global teams
