Social Media Representative Jobs

One of Insight Global’s clients is looking for someone to be part of a customer insights team. This person will be the Social Media Community Representative that owns the clients social and digital assets, performing oversight and managing the digital brand based on platform. In this role, the Representative acts as an ambassador in the digital space, curating positive conversations to elevate the brand.

Responsibilities

• Respond to escalated posts on the clients brand-level Facebook and Twitter accounts that require customer care
• Assess the nature, complexity, and sensitivity of escalated social media guest contacts and determine the appropriate response and handling for each situation, seeing the guest concerns through to resolution
• Respond to escalated Google, Facebook and Yelp reviews among others
• Focus is to build guest loyalty and restore guest trust by uniting guests with the client on Social Media

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in social media or digital online experience – knowledge of various social media platforms
• Experience with performance measuring and reporting for marketing in social media – Ex. Google analytics or experience managing customer reviews online ( EX. - Yelp, Expedia)
• 1+ years of experience in a customer contact facing role. Conflict resolution, problem solving/ decision making
