Savage Content is a music & entertainment content production and acquisition company that cultivates direct-to-consumer experiences in various formats. Currently, we are developing multiple projects, including short and long-form video and audio content. In addition to our Miami-based video and post-production studio, we are acquiring a growing body of amazing content from multiple sources worldwide.
Our social media team drives the frontline connection between content, consumer engagement, and consumption. Working collaboratively with musicians, artists, influencers, brand partners, and lifestyle elements to motivate brand allegiance, new conversions, and achieving sub-brand goals.
Whom We're Seeking:
Savage Content is currently seeking a social media & Community Manager, Part Time, to join our team! As a social media & Community Manager, you will manage and grow our social media accounts, foster engagement, and cultivate community for our brands. We seek a social media professional with a diverse passion for music, live events, live streaming, copywriting, YouTube growth, and partnership social media marketing.
The role requires someone from the southern Florida area, semi-remote, with one day of the week needed to be in Doral, FL, with occasional needs to attend special events in the Miami area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an organic social media strategy for our Instagram, Facebook and YouTube groups, aligned with our brand and campaign initiatives.
- Develop and execute a content calendar for Savage Content and sub-brands.
- Ideate, plan, and create engaging content that resonates with our community members, per sub-brand and supports our business goals.
- Create engaging on-brand Copy and Story Telling for social media posts.
- Recognize Savage Content “Friends”, co-collaborators, influencers and propose new social media & marketing opportunities.
- Provide periodic social media reporting, including insights on content performance, audience behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Stay updated on social media trends, content strategies, and industry best practices to enhance community engagement and growth.
- Monitor and respond to community members' comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the capture of new content at Savage Content related events, functions, products and services.
- Manage all social media posting and interactions within our YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Twitter groups, ensuring timely and meaningful engagement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment by encouraging discussions, facilitating collaboration, and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Requirements:
- Natural leadership abilities, knowing when to take charge and when to delegate responsibilities.
- Experience scheduling posts, coordinating and conducting live streams, copywriting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and learn quickly.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the advertising, music industry/live music, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proficient in existing and emerging social media applications, tools, best practices and trending tools and approaches.
- Passion for music, pop culture, multiple music genres, content marketing, product marketing and cause marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the success of community engagement initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in analyzing and deriving insights from social media metrics to inform content strategies.

- Elevated knowledge of Jazz Music, Adult Contemporary, Latin Jazz
- NFT, POAP campaign experience
- Video Editing Skills
- Philanthropic / Cause marketing experience
- A.I. skills/tools applicable to the position
