Social Media Marketing Specialist

Sunshine & Glitter is looking for a creative social media marketing specialist to work in our marketing department. In this role you will be responsible for planning social media calendars, creating social media posts across all platforms, and assisting the team with brainstorming campaigns.

To be successful in this role you must have excellent knowledge of various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok combines creative campaign ideas with analytical skills to create dynamic content and successful posts- we need to grow!

• Content curation and managing the social media calendar.
• Producing email campaigns.
• Posting on various social media platforms, with the main focus being Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Periodically make updates to the company website.
• Brainstorming campaign ideas.
• Analyzing analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Assess, validate and process media requests.

• Ability to multitask.
• A degree (major/minor) in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Creative mindset.
• Knowledge of analytical tools and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
• Photography and media skills.
• Prior experience with marketing or social media.
• Positive attitude, bring all your joy!
